The Project

The ITA Assinatura is a vehicle subscription service created to offer flexibility to drivers who want to avoid the financial and bureaucratic commitments of buying a car. The site was developed with a strategic focus on providing a clear and intuitive experience, highlighting the service's differentials, available products, and subscription benefits. Furthermore, one of the main objectives of the site is to capture qualified leads, using persuasion techniques and conversion-oriented design. Through appealing visual elements, direct communication, and strategic calls to action, the site seeks to engage users and efficiently guide them to the next step in the sales funnel.

Pains

The ITA Assinatura did not have its own website, which gave us the opportunity to create an interface completely from scratch. However, we faced the limitation of working within some predefined rules set by the company responsible for developing the site. Even so, our main challenge was to ensure that the layout was efficient in both highlighting the product's differentiators and attracting and converting qualified leads.

Process

At the beginning of the project, we collaborated with the ITA innovation department to explore ideal solutions. I presented layouts with structures designed by me, which served as a starting point for our tests. Next, the innovation department conducted further research and developed a wireframe that we used as the basis for the visual design. During this phase, we incorporated established elements of the brand's visual identity, but we also created new components to overcome limitations of the original material. The final result was a layout that stood out significantly, being considered superior to other websites developed by the partner company.

Result

With the strategic use of persuasion techniques, in just six months, the ITA Assinatura website has shown a good performance in generating sales opportunities and conversions for a high-ticket product. Elements like the button "I Want to Subscribe", carefully highlighted, leverage the urgency and action bias to encourage immediate interactions, while the "I Want to Subscribe" page utilizes the clarity bias to organize information clearly and the immediate reward bias to emphasize the tangible benefits of the service.

This integrated approach not only engages users but also effectively guides them towards making decisions, highlighting the service's differentiators and maximizing conversion rates in a consistent and strategic manner.
