The Project

Robótica Capilar is a reference clinic in hair transplant, recognized for its pioneering use of robots and advanced artificial intelligence for hair implant procedures. The website redesign project aims to clearly and engagingly highlight the main services and differentiators of the clinic, providing a digital experience that reflects the innovation and excellence of the brand.

Pains

The clinic's previous website had two major problems: the lack of clarity and organization in the layout, which made navigation and information search difficult, and the absence of essential best practices for good SEO performance, especially on Google. The information was presented without a defined hierarchy, which frustrated users trying to find crucial content for decision-making. Additionally, the design did not reflect the brand's visual identity, compromising the perception of professionalism and innovation, and negatively impacting visibility on search engines, limiting outreach to new potential clients.

Process

The process began with a detailed onboarding and a kickoff meeting to understand the brand, its goals, and essential resources for the website. Next, a competitor analysis was conducted to identify improvements and explore new techniques or features.

Based on this, we worked on a potential flow and information architecture, then created a low-fidelity prototype for validation with the client. After adjustments, we moved on to a high-fidelity prototype, integrating images, typography, and visual elements aligned with the brand's identity.

After the final approval of UX and UI, the files were prepared for development, with the layout following SEO guidelines required by Google for better performance. The entire process was documented to facilitate future changes by other professionals.

Assets and Visuals

Result

The UX/UI design of the website was developed to optimize user experience and increase conversions by applying strategic cognitive biases. The authority bias was utilized with images of doctors and advanced technology, while the social proof bias and scarcity bias reinforce trust and exclusivity. The consistent visual identity works on the familiarity bias, generating comfort during navigation.

The organization in clear blocks and before/after comparisons explore the biases of clarity and availability, making it easier to understand the benefits. Interactive elements, such as buttons and videos, enhance engagement, while the emphasis on immediate results reinforces the reward bias. These integrated elements ensured an intuitive and persuasive interface, aligned with the project's objectives.
